MDLA's Board of Directors consists of 17 members. There are five officers and twelve directors. The DRI state represenative also attends all Board of Directors meetings.
The Board is elected at the Annual Meeting in Duluth each August. The officers serve one year terms. The term of office for directors is two years. Directors may serve two consecutive terms.
