Vacancy on the No-Fault Arbitration Standing Committee

The Supreme Court is seeking applicants for a position on the Standing Committee for No-Fault Arbitration. Experience in personal injury work is required.

The vacancy is for a four-year term beginning on January 1, 2018; renewable for one additional four-year term.

The Standing Committee for No-Fault Arbitration meets the third Friday of the month in January, April, July and October. The Committee oversees the day-to-day administration of no-fault claims by the American Arbitration Association and the No-Fault Arbitrator Panel. This includes investigating administrative and arbitrator complaints, as well as hearing appeals under Rule 8 of the No-Fault Arbitration Rules.
