The MDLA Government Liability Committee presents a yearly update regarding developments in the law relevant to municipalities. This year, the annual caselaw update will take place on Friday, August, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. Andrew Wolf and Julia Kelly from Iverson Reuvers, will review decisions issued in the past year by Minnesota state and federal courts, involving qualified immunity, official immunity, and other topics of interest to attorneys defending municipalities from civil liability claims.
