Long-Term Care Committee

The Committee is comprised of attorneys that represent, counsel and advise long term care providers and their employees, including skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. The focus of the Committee is to educate its members and serve as a resource for the development and advancement of the law and legal issues in long term care. The Committee meets quarterly.

All members of the Employment Law Committee are included in a committee-specific distribution list.The Long-Term Care Committee meets jointly with the Medical & Health Care Liability Committee and also has one stand alone meeting each year.
