Workers Compensation Committee

The Workers’ Compensation Committee (WCC) is aimed at providing attorneys who represent Employers, Self-Insureds and Insurance companies in Workers’ Compensation litigation a chance to discuss current cases, new legislation and hear expert lecturers for a broader and deeper understanding of current issues. The WCC holds lunch meetings on the first or second Wednesday of January, March, May, July, September and November each year. Guest lecturers include medical experts, those with specific legal knowledge, and other experts relevant to workers’ compensation issues. Members also provide ideas for new legislation in the workers’ compensation law. Joining the WCC is a great way to meet and learn from veteran Workers’ Compensation practitioners and to develop insight into the complex issues facing Workers’ Compensation litigators.
