MDLA Data Policy

It shall be the general policy of the MDLA not to sell or otherwise distribute member information for use outside of MDLA without their consent. Notwithstanding this general policy, MDLA may maintain a list of attendees at MDLA sponsored events and provide access to such list to the attendees and event sponsors. (Additionally, membership information including member names, professional addresses and practice areas shall be available on the MDLA website.)

MDLA No-Endorsement Policy

MDLA shall not endorse candidates for any political office, political appointment, judicial election or judicial appointment.
