MDLA will make final assignment of booth space considering sponsorship and date registration and payment was received.

Booth Registration

Exhibitor and sponsorship registration must be completed online or by mailing or faxing in the last page of this form. Exhibitor registration must be received by January 3, 2023 for inclusion in MWC materials.

MDLA 2023 Reservation/Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: All Sponsorship cancellations received at least 15 business days prior to the event will receive a refund less a $50 processing fee; cancellations received less than 15 days prior to the event will not receive a refund.
