Part One: Discovery When: April 28 from 12:00-1:00 PM Where: Zoom Sam Flipp from Tomsche, Sonnesyn & Tomsche, PA will lead the first lunch-hour training that covers all the basics of discovery, including drafting subpoenas, requests, and responses pursuant to the Minnesota Rules of Civil Procedure.
